please check the pledge statement below, there will be a waver form for you to sign before the tour begins..
★if you have any physical problem or important medical history, please tell us before the tour.
★We reserve the right to refuse a tour to anyone, because of physical problem or physical condition, or troublesome behavior, espesially to other customers. In these cases we still unhold a strick no-refund polocy. Thank you for your cooperation.
★Please understand that our tours can be susceptible to bad weather or conditions. If a tour is cancelled dew to conditions beyond our control, we will offer refunds.

Please note, we cannot be held acountable for injury or deaths sustained on our tour. please refur to our waver agreement.
 
Our insurence coverage:
★Only valid for those with Japanese nationality, or those holding residence:
death                       ¥5,000,000
hospitalization        ¥5,000 /day
hospital visit 　　　¥3,000 /day
※ responsibility of outside compensation range can not be provided, please take note before hand.
※ Foreigners who come to Japan by sightseeing will not be covered by insurance.
※ Please participate in the tour by joining insurance yourself. We assume you have your own travel insurence.

★ Cancellation policy, you are required to pay a cancellation fee.
until 7-4 days before 30%
until 1-3 days before 50%
the tour day 100%
You can cancel without paying any cancellation fee until 8 days before the reservation date.
